The Cabo Fish Dogs.
- Fideicomiso - A renewable, foreign trust is created for a term of 50 years with you as the beneficiary.
- Escitura - A real estate deed of ownership in mainland Mexico, for foreigners. Mexicans get escituras.
- Mexican Corporation - Can own the property and you can be 100% owner of corporation.
- Fractional ownership(s) - with a Fideicomiso. No Fideicomiso in your name means you have a "timeshare" property ONLY!!!!!
- Timeshare- Right to use contract / agreement ONLY to use dwelling!
- Please do not be mislead by resorts & people telling you that certain property types are Fractional ownership properties! If a property is sold in 2 week intervals, or anything less that 6 weeks actually, and they tell you it's not a timeshare, is a fractional ownership property title, then ask them to show you where the contract states clearly that you personally will receive your Fideicomiso in your name, as a foreigner? A Fideicomiso will cost the owner about $2,500 usd to obtain and then annual fees of about $500/yr. This is NOT to be confused with the annual maintenance fees that must be paid by / for any timeshare a person owns! Buyer BEWARE as they will flat out lie to you that you are NOT buying a GLORIFIED TIMESHARE!
